Joseph Nsadha – From Technician to Training Coordinator
Growing up in Nawanyago Village, Kamuli District, Joseph Nsadha faced numerous challenges in his career. After earning a National Certificate in Electrical Engineering in 2017, he freelanced as a technician but felt the need for specialized skills in renewable energy.
His turning point came in 2021 when he joined SENDEA Academy, where he gained hands-on experience in solar system sizing, installation, and troubleshooting. This training opened doors to multiple job opportunities, ultimately leading to his current role as Assistant Training Coordinator at SENDEA. Joseph now plays a vital role in training and mentoring aspiring solar technicians, helping them build successful careers in the renewable energy industry.
