Who we are
Founded
in 2018 under the Association of SENDEA, a non-profit network of
locally owned solar companies, SENDEA Academy is dedicated to
addressing the solar industry's critical challenges. We collaborate
with well-known partners, including GIZ, RENAC, Ashden, Salesians of Don Bosco, Stiftung
SolarEnergie, Signify Foundation, SEZ Foundation, Jugend Eine Welt,
and vocational training institutes and consultants across Uganda, to implement
impactful training programs. Our programs provide affordable,
high-quality training that equips technicians and professionals with
market-demand driven expertise. This enables them to deliver superior
solar installations, and other renewable technologies which improve customer satisfaction, and nurture
credibility
within the industry.
