Women Leading the Clean Energy Revolution, Training for a Transition

From 13th – 17th October 2025, the SENDEA Institute of Energy and Management will host a fully-funded Training of Trainers (ToT) program in Kampala, Uganda. This unique initiative is designed to empower women in the renewable energy sector and strengthen their role in driving a gender-just energy transition.


This program will provide women with the skills, leadership capacity, and mentorship needed to excel in Uganda’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.

Target Audience

The program is tailored for women with interest and some level of experience in Uganda’s renewable energy industry, including:

  • Aspiring Entrepreneurs (Early Stage)
  • Female Graduate Technicians
  • Sales & Customer Engagement Staff
  • Low and Mid-Level Managers
